Comment READY and I’ll send you 25% OFF MLAM Full Body, Core, & Pelvic Floor – Showdown Edition 🤍 We start TOMORROW & I’d love to have you!! You know… the older I get, the more I realize this whole thing isn’t really about exercise…. Don’t get me wrong, I love helping women get stronger. I love helping women feel better in their bodies. I love seeing aches and pains improve, seeing confidence grow, and watching women do things they never thought they could do. But what really gets me emotional are the stories… The woman who starts trusting her body again. The woman who realizes she’s capable of more than she thought. The woman who begins speaking to herself with more grace. The woman who stops feeling like she’s constantly falling behind and starts recognizing all that she’s carrying and all that she’s doing. Because the truth is… women are incredible. Mamas are incredible. And I think so many of us forget that😭😭😭 We wake up with breath in our lungs, people to love, people to care for, and purpose right in front of us. That doesn’t mean life is easy. It doesn’t mean there aren’t hard seasons. But it does mean we’ve been blessed with another day to show up. And in those hard seasons… when we feel tired, stretched thin, uncertain, or not enough… I’ve seen over and over again that His strength shows up in our weakness. 🤍 I’m just incredibly grateful that I get a front row seat to so many women’s journeys. Truthfully, YOU all inspire me far more than I could ever inspire you 😭 Watching women choose themselves, show up consistently, overcome obstacles, and discover how strong they truly are is one incredible blessing that I don’t take lightly. So if you’ve been thinking about joining us, I’d love to have you. I’d truly be honored 🤍 MLAM Full Body, Core, & Pelvic Floor – Showdown Edition STARTS TOMORROW & you’re right on time to join us!! Comment READY & I’ll send you the 25% off link! This round also has $101,000+ in CASH PRIZES!!! What are you waiting for?! #postpartum #pregnant #motherhood #postpartumfitnessjourney #fyp

The O2… huns, I’m still trying to find the words!!! 🩷🐱 Nearly 20 years since we last played here and to come back to 20,000 of y’all singing and dancing with us… I can’t even describe that feeling As an adopted Brit, it felt sooo good to be home. Knowing my mum was out there, my friends, my chosen family, the people I work with… so many beautiful humans I love and j’adore, all there getting to share this moment with us🥹 You just never know where life is gonna take you🪐✨ I don’t think I could’ve imagined back then that we’d be here doing this again all these years later. Such a full circle, pinch me moment and honestly what a beautiful blessing. You all brought SO much love and energy into that room!!! And to our team, dancers, crew, choreographers and every single person who helped make this happen… thank you. There’s so much love and work that goes into getting us up there, and I’m so grateful to everyone who’s part of it. Still taking it all in. Love ya 🫶🏼
