Bin maangi mannat was the favourite promo line of this show but Mannat Harr Khushi Paane ki is so so so much more than what i had hoped and asked for. A team that stood together, every step of the way.. no discussions and no fights. Just go with the WRITERs instincts. So so much love and respect to all. Only once in a while comes a team that sticks together like this. Thank you all. @ayesha.singh19 @adnan_a_khan @sharainkhanduja_official #monavasu @ranarushad #swatianand then there are at late entries who helped us up our drama. @manitjoura who is just a fab human. Special mention to @leena_real who trusted my team and I owe one to. Thanks to every rockstar who is working to make this baby a success. Actors and technicians. All. ( basically it’s late and I am too tired to tag everyone) 💙💙💙💙💙💙 My team is the best!!! #mannat #malharcontentcreators
“Just wait until you have kids.” I’ve never liked this saying. And now, as a mom of four, I still don’t like it. Why do we talk about having kids like it’s the end of doing things we once loved, chasing our dreams, or becoming who we want to be? Kids should be our reason to go after all those things! I personally wanna show my kids that they can have both. Motherhood changes everything. Our priorities shift, sleep becomes a luxury, and some seasons are simply about surviving. I’ve been there. But what if we stopped waiting until the end of the day to reclaim time for ourselves, when we’re already exhausted and gave ourselves that time in the morning instead? Before the kids wake up and the million requests begin. Time to move our bodies, quiet our minds, and do something that makes us feel like US. I wasn’t always a 4:30 a.m. mom, and I know early mornings aren’t possible in every season. And it’s not even what every single morning looks like. But pouring into yourself first creates this powerful domino effect. You show up with more patience, energy, and intention in every aspect of your life, as a mom, a wife, and can handle whatever the day throws at you. So stop looking at your kids as the reason you CAN’T do something, and start looking at them as the reason you WILL. Let them be your motivation to chase your dreams and show them what hard work, discipline, and believing in yourself look like. Your dreams don’t have to die when you become a mom. Motherhood can give you an even bigger reason to go after them. ❤️ There’s a book I read that completely changed my perspective on mornings and was one of the biggest reasons I shifted my mindset and became a morning person. I recommend it to EVERY single mom Comment MORNING and I’ll send you the book that changed my mindset, along with all my morning routine essentials! ☀️ #MomOfFour #MorningRoutine #MotherhoodMotivation #5AMClub #MomLife
GOODBYE FELICIA 👋 I’m not sure who needs to hear this but ➡️ you are allowed to follow someone even if you don’t agree with them 100% ➡️ you are allowed to unfollow someone if you don’t agree with them 100% ➡️ you can see content you don’t like and not feel the need to respond to it ➡️ you can have a different experience to somebody else, and that doesn’t make their experience wrong ➡️ you get to control what you post, not what other people post ➡️ it’s insane to get triggered by somebody else’s health problems and then take your anger out on the person who is literally unwell — I’ve been chronically unwell for a few months now and trying to get to the bottom of what is going on. I will spare you the many complicated and unclear details. Just know I’ve been majorly struggling to get out of bed and function. I’ve been sharing little pics of my journey to let other people know they aren’t alone— and because you keep asking :) One of the lights in my little tunnel has been the iron infusions. I was finally finally finally finally prescribed after 10 years of chronically low iron. I felt terrible after the first one. I had a bad reaction to the second one. Again, I will spare you the details. But this lady decided my live experience was too much for her. And honestly? It made me giggle and then it made me wonder how her family deals with her. Stay sane people, there’s a lot of things to get validly triggered about out there, we need to conserve all the energy we can 😅😅 PS. I’m feeling a little bit better today.

It was a pleasure to meet in Luxembourg at today’s EIB Climate and Environment Advisory Council meeting. Strengthening Europe’s energy autonomy and addressing the growing impact of a changing climate is crucial for both Europe’s people and its economy.
