Being fit is Godly! 💪🏽🔥 Man, today while working out I was shook. I can’t believe I’ve achieved what I have with my health. There was times I was consistent and didn’t see anything changing but I kept showing up. I’m so glad I did! Your body is not just something you live in. It’s something God entrusted you to STEWARD! Working out isn’t vanity. Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish. Eating healthy isn’t punishment. It’s discipline, stewardship, and honoring the life God gave you! You can’t keep praying for the strength to fulfill your assignment while refusing to take care of the body carrying it! Some of us don’t need another breakthrough. We need a treadmill, some water, eight hours of sleep, and DISCIPLINE! 😂🔥 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 reminds us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. And 1 Timothy 4:8 reminds us that physical training has value, but godliness has value in every way. So no, being fit doesn’t make you more holy. But taking care of what God gave you is an act of stewardship! I’m not just getting fit to look good in my clothes. I’m getting fit because I’ve got PURPOSE to fulfill, PEOPLE to impact, and an ASSIGNMENT to finish! Strong spirit. Strong mind. Strong body. SAME GOD! You’ve still got time to shift your whole life by 2027. Your age is a number. Your mindset is a choice. Some people get stronger at 60 than they were at 30 because they finally stopped quitting on themselves. The body achieves what the mind believes. If you keep telling yourself it’s too late, too hard, or too impossible… your body will agree. Start speaking victory over yourself. #realtalkkim #unreconizable
