For 8 years I have reinvested every penny I made back into the business. Paid myself £12,500 a year for the first 4 years. Paid myself £24,000 for 2 years after that. Paid myself £48,000 end of 2024 (for a couple months) Got up to a team of 8. By this point I’d invested £130k in mentorships/courses. And then boom; everything seriously regressed in Q1 2025. Thought I’d lost it all. Scaled back to a team of 3. Scaled back how much I was paying myself. And spent all of 2025 getting back to where I was at the end of 2024. But thankfully… Not only did we get back there thanks to the incredible people I have around me & the team we have built - we blitzed right fucking through it… And as a result I started this year with 4 personal goals for the first time since I came into business: - Retire Bex. (Give her the life she deserves) - Move us to the west end of Glasgow. - Book Florida for Bex’s dream trip. - Treat myself to ANY car I want. And I landed on this beast. I’ve had this car for over a week & not wanted to post it. Mainly because I don’t want this to come across as a boastful post. I don’t believe I’m anything special. I know it’s just a car. But honestly man, the biggest thing I’ve taken from this year is that by paying yourself more, rewarding yourself, giving to the people that matter most to you & tasting what it’s like to live the life of your dreams… You unlock a whole new level of business owner & operator. A level that you can quite literally never reach without spending the cash you work so fucking hard to acquire.
If you buy Cadburys you’re paying a premium price for the brand name, not for the quality of the chocolate. Good quality milk chocolate should be made with cocoa butter and milk and not palm oil, and should have minimum 30% cocoa solids! Unfortunately Cadbury’s maximise profits by using really cheap ingredients like palm oil and low cocoa solids 👎 I think it’s very sad that Cadbury’s is not the same quality that it used to be… once Mondelez International bought the company they’ve been putting profit over people by using palm oil and lower cocoa solids. I found a really good swap in Sainsbury’s with their own-brand milk chocolate! £11.50 per kilo as opposed to £20 per kilo of Cadburys!! 😱 And it contains 31% cocoa solids and No palm oil! It’s made with cocoa butter and cocoa, the way chocolate’s meant to be made. Cheaper AND better quality. A definite clever swap 🙌 This is why I keep saying it, more expensive doesn’t mean better. Turn the pack around and read the back to make a fully informed choice of what you’re spending your money on. Have you tried this chocolate? 🍫 #sophiesswaps #cleverswaps #chocolate

“My throat clearing won’t stop.” Only God knows how many times I said that to doctors. I got everything done… CT scans, MRIs, endoscopies… multiple times. And all I got back was: “Acid reflux. GERD. LPR.” “Okay… but what’s the solution?” I asked. “Take PPIs and eat healthy.” I was already doing both. And it took me years to realize that none of those truly fix the throat symptoms like: - Lump or mucus stuck in the throat - Constant throat clearing - Burning or irritation - Voice changes - Chronic dry cough - Symptoms worsening after meals or lying down - Difficulty swallowing food or liquids - Breathing discomfort at night The last one scared me the most. I genuinely thought I’d choke in my sleep and die… and no one would be able to help me. That fear slowly turned into severe health anxiety and thanatophobia… Soon I started panicking over every sensation in my body. And the worst part? Most people around me thought I was overreacting. But eventually I realized… Only proper understanding of the issue was going to help me. After years of studying, certifications, and obsessively trying to fix myself, I finally understood what was happening. I was dealing with LPR… laryngopharyngeal reflux. Unlike classic GERD, reflux here reaches the throat and voice box. That’s why symptoms look different. And PPIs alone often aren’t enough… because it’s not just about acid. Pepsin, inflammation, weak reflux barriers, pressure patterns, poor motility, nervous system dysfunction… all play a role. I worked aggressively on every single one of those. And now I help my clients do the same. But there was one specific recipe that instantly reduced my throat symptoms by almost 90%. And it’s something I now ask almost all my clients with throat symptoms to use as well. I’ll mention the detailed recipe in the pinned comment. But consistency matters. And honestly… most people need to tweak it a little before it truly works for them. That’s something I learned after helping 350+ people with similar issues. Every case is slightly different. Drop a 🤍 and comment “LPR” if you want the Full Training to
