🚔 BADGE VS. BURN 🔥 Our deputies thought they could handle a Pilates workout. Revive Studio in Moorpark had other plans! 😂 Let’s just say our crew got a little more than they bargained for, and a few might have woken up sore the next morning! But it wasn’t just about the workout. It was about stepping outside our comfort zone, trying something new, and supporting a local business in our community. A huge thank you to Revive Studio in Moorpark for welcoming our VCSO team, putting them to work, and showing our deputies that Pilates is no joke! 💪 Turns out, protecting and serving takes strength… but so does holding that plank! 😜

Comment EMOTIONS and I’ll send you my free Emotions Guide on understanding what you feel, where those reactions come from, and how to respond without letting them control you. Someone else’s pain doesn’t always need to become your problem to solve. Real empathy sometimes means staying present with their emotions without absorbing them, fixing them, or needing them to disappear.
