For 8 years I have reinvested every penny I made back into the business. Paid myself £12,500 a year for the first 4 years. Paid myself £24,000 for 2 years after that. Paid myself £48,000 end of 2024 (for a couple months) Got up to a team of 8. By this point I’d invested £130k in mentorships/courses. And then boom; everything seriously regressed in Q1 2025. Thought I’d lost it all. Scaled back to a team of 3. Scaled back how much I was paying myself. And spent all of 2025 getting back to where I was at the end of 2024. But thankfully… Not only did we get back there thanks to the incredible people I have around me & the team we have built - we blitzed right fucking through it… And as a result I started this year with 4 personal goals for the first time since I came into business: - Retire Bex. (Give her the life she deserves) - Move us to the west end of Glasgow. - Book Florida for Bex’s dream trip. - Treat myself to ANY car I want. And I landed on this beast. I’ve had this car for over a week & not wanted to post it. Mainly because I don’t want this to come across as a boastful post. I don’t believe I’m anything special. I know it’s just a car. But honestly man, the biggest thing I’ve taken from this year is that by paying yourself more, rewarding yourself, giving to the people that matter most to you & tasting what it’s like to live the life of your dreams… You unlock a whole new level of business owner & operator. A level that you can quite literally never reach without spending the cash you work so fucking hard to acquire.

Pujo is here, and with it comes a flood of memories that feel like home. ❤️✨ The endless rehearsals, hours of practice, getting ready for a performance, the alta, the excitement of dressing up, and the magic of bringing a choreography to life. As Bengalis, these little things have always been such a big part of what Durga Pujo means to us. Beyond the pandals and the festivities, it’s these moments of dance, togetherness, and anticipation that make Pujo so special. ❤️ This year, yet again, being away from home feels a little different. So, in our own little way of keeping the Pujo spirit alive, we put together a small choreography. With very little time, lots of excitement, and so much love for dance, we created something close to our hearts. Presenting a little excerpt from the Argala Strotam, a little piece of Pujo, and a whole lot of love. ❤️🌺 শুভ শারদীয়া! ✨🙏🏻 Song: Madhukaitava Vidhwangsi Concept and Choreography: @sanchari.dg and @asmitapramanic Videography and Editing: @creativecreature.chandan
