Aime. Aime tout. Aime les cimes et les fonds de tout ça.
Aime ta tristesse, ta joie. Aime tes faux-pas.
Aime regarder derrière, devant, dedans.

This moment means so much to me because of the people who helped me get here. To my coaches who challenged me and believed in me, my family who has supported me since day one, and my teammates who made me love this game even more, thank you. Most importantly, thank you, Lord, for guiding my journey and blessing me with the opportunity to keep playing the game I love. Blessed is an understatement.🤍

Thank you Coach Brock, Coach Golden, and all the other Tarleton staff for believing in me. Stephenville is home 🏠

Neighbors, an investigation into the death of 12-year-old Mia Shay St Hilaire concluded October 8, finding that she suffered an allergic reaction after drinking a milkshake at the Pop Inn Cafe in Bermondsey, London, in August 2023.

Mia, who had a hazelnut allergy, visited the cafe with her aunt and sister. Cafe operator Baris Yucel made her milkshake in a blender that had not been washed after being used to prepare another drink containing hazelnut residue.

Assistant Coroner Briony Ballard concluded that the milkshake “had been cross-contaminated,” causing Mia to develop anaphylaxis and later collapse at her aunt’s home. Despite life-saving efforts, she died after being rushed to the hospital.

Yucel pleaded guilty to six food safety offenses in 2025. He was fined £18,000, approximately $24,000, and given a 100-hour community order.

Now, Mia’s parents, Adrian St Hilaire and Chanel Spence, are calling for a standalone rating for allergy management at restaurants and cafes. 💔

You can lose and still feel less confident in your body if the weight gone takes muscle and shape with it.

The better goal is body composition: more lean tissue, less unwanted fat, and a physique that feels firmer, stronger, and more balanced.

That is why we pair Our plan with THICK Pills as part of the-building side of the process.
