Here to play, to shine, and to win.😤

Ja som a La Cartuja!
Venimos a por la victoria.

Just casually at Emirates stadium this little tune comes on. Guess Arsenal is my team now

This annoys me to no end. Why am I having to input my email ti unsubscribe from your list WHEN YOU EMAILED ME!?

I almost didn’t make it to that stage. And most people have no idea why.

From January to October, it felt like every time I got back on my feet, something else happened.

A torn ACL. Two torn ligaments in my ankle. A third-degree burn on my foot. Months of rehab, setbacks, and starting over when I thought I was finally getting somewhere.

There were days I could barely walk, let alone train. And honestly, watching the days go by while knowing how much work was still ahead of me was probably one of the hardest parts.

But I don’t think this is really about my injuries or even the competition.

Because at some point, we’ve all been there. When life keeps throwing things at us, when we feel like we’re falling behind, or when the easiest thing to do is just give up.

And sometimes, getting through the day is already something to be proud of.

On October 11, I got to stand on that stage representing the Philippines and finish as 2nd Runner-Up at Mister Global. Something I wasn’t even sure would be possible months before.

I share this because I know there are people out there going through much harder things, fighting battles we know nothing about.

And maybe someone reading this needs to hear it.

It’s okay to rest. It’s okay to fall behind. It’s okay if things aren’t going the way you imagined.

Just please don’t mistake a difficult chapter for the end of your story.

A lot can change in 10 months. Imagine what could happen if you gave yourself another chance. ❤️🇵🇭
