Presented by @Rolex. Animals across Africa have had to develop unique ways to survive. From the ability to puff up their bodies to reflective hairs, these unusual adaptations help these species thrive in some of the continent’s harshest landscapes.

Through its partnership with the National Geographic Society and as part of its Perpetual Planet Initiative, #Rolex supports expeditions exploring and protecting remarkable places around the world, a selection of which are featured in Africa Earth’s Wild Home. #PerpetualPlanet

SEPTEMBER 2025: MY LAST MEET. OCTOBER 2026: MY COMEBACK. 🥹❤️‍🔥

24lbs down.
From 125kg to 110kg weight class.
Ten months post-patellar tendon repair.

There were moments—
real moments—
when returning to the platform
felt impossible.

I had to rebuild my strength,
relearn my body,
and accept that healing
wouldn't happen on my timeline.

I went from needing help with everyday tasks
to fighting my way back beneath the bar.
There were tears, setbacks, and days
when the finish line felt impossibly far.

But when my belief began to run thin,
my coach @team83elite reminded me of the strength within.
When I couldn't see how far I could go,
my coach believed in me
until I could believe it myself.

BUT LOOK AT GOD.
LOOK AT THE WORK.
LOOK AT THE COMEBACK. 🙌🏾

I'm back at 325 pounds—
my ALL-TIME PR.
A weight I've only hit ONCE in my life. 🥹💪🏾

This is bigger than lifting weights.
Bigger than numbers on a bar.
This is faith that carried me,
even when the road got hard.

Resilience when I wanted to retreat.
Patience when progress moved slow.
And the courage to keep showing up
when I didn't know how far I could go.

I refuse to let one of the hardest seasons
of my life write the ending of my story.
What I thought might break me
became another chapter
in God's unfolding glory.

I've been tested.
Humbled.
Broken open.
Rebuilt.

EIGHT DAYS UNTIL MEET DAY! 🔥

And no matter what happens
when I step onto that platform,
I already know what it took to get here.

Every tear.
Every setback.
Every quiet victory.

Nobody can take that away from me.
Because the real victory
is everything it took to become
the woman standing here today.

THE COMEBACK MEANS MORE
THAN ANYONE WILL EVER KNOW. ❤️‍🔥

This is my LAST lifting video
until meet day. 👀

BYEEEEEEEE! 👋🏾

Sydney and NatGat Parkour Highlights 🇦🇺❤️

Decided to take a spontaneous trip to Sydney after my destroying my elbow last month 🦾😎

I was definitely having a hard time coping post surgery and my mental health was all over the place.
Felt like my brain needed a hard reset and something fresh so naturally I flew across the world for the first time cause why not?! 😛

What I got up to on my trip
• Attended my first sunday @jaydenjams.syd which was inspired by @sundaysupaxxl ✝️

• Spent two days spot scouting with the big boys 💪

• Attended all five days of NatGat (loved every second of the event) and met heaps of lovely people from all over Australia and from across the seas 🫶

• Competed in Skill and Style on Saturday (will post seperately soon) and got 1st in Style🥇😁

• Having the best time the entire 2 weeks with @stephiiezee ❤️

The fact that I could train at this level one month post surgery was and is still insane to me but it makes very hopeful for the near future and I’m really looking forward to traveling more and coming back to Australia to see and train with everyone again!

Thank you to everyone again for making the trip special and big up to the @nswparkour gang for creating such an amazing community event 👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️
You da GOATs 🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐
