Ok been off this page for a bit…thought I’d revamp my posts with a quote I heard a while back… resonates a lot with me and helps me lock in on my goals!!!
Easy to lose focus especially with so many uncertainties around daily routines and competitions etc… but granted we all have our hardships it’s really been a choice to decide which areas in life get the most of my energy…
I can already feel my excitement for the sport reignite and my desire to learn more and empower others as I grow both as a lifter and coach…
Easy to claim others have a better framework or time but that really doesn’t give me any answer to the questions…
So yeah my answer?
