NEW EPISODE OF @cultureapothecary OUT NOW WITH @speakingofhealthandwellness 🌿 Find anywhere you listen to podcasts or ‘Real Alex Clark’ on YouTube. Comment ‘PICKY’ and I’ll DM you the link to the episode! 💌🔗 HOW TO CURE PICKY EATING 🍽️ Today’s guest is Shandy Watters, an integrative pediatric feeding specialist and founder of Speaking of Health & Wellness. I was a severely picky eater as a kid, so I asked her everything: how to tell normal pickiness from something deeper, the hidden causes behind a shrinking list of “safe foods,” and how to make dinnertime less stressful. At 8:00 pm the construction crews drove off along with the police. Since the police are still nearby. We’re still at Tom Riley Park, and will be out until there is no longer the threat of the province spending $48 million dollars ripping up 3 Toronto bike lanes. The government razed Ontario Place at 3:00 am, so we’re prepared. #bikelanessavelives #biketo
