This 1st gen Tacoma bag kit is the first full-kit I have developed, so there was a lot of learning curves to work through, to say the least. And while it took way longer than expected, it turned out exactly how I imagined it to be.

This is an ultra-premium kit that is an accumulation of my entire career's (almost 25 years) worth of experience with the Tacoma, so all the silly issues that plague the them are cured with this kit. That means, no more bumpsteer issues or tearing the bag mounts off of the frame...

One thing I did learn during development is that I'm absolutely not a production guy. I have zero interest in welding the same parts all day, so I reached out to Andy at @hellsgatehotrods to handle production. I've been working with Andy for several years now and we see eye-to-eye on most things, so I had no reservations about handing the kit over to him. In fact, we have several products in the works together, so it'll be worth following them so you don't miss anything!
