Prayers up for Pope Leo !!! ✝️

I’m turning 60 in two months. And I’m not running out of time.

If anything, I feel like I’m just getting started.

I’ve stopped looking at aging as everything I’m losing and started appreciating everything I’ve gained.

Confidence. Perspective. Freedom. And the permission to keep becoming.

Because the woman I am today isn’t the final version of me.

And neither is the woman you are today. ❤️

Tell me, what’s one thing you’ve gained with age that you wouldn’t trade for anything?

9 years married today… how did that happen so fast? 🥹🤍

So much life has happened since these wedding photos. Beautiful moments, difficult moments, and all the everyday moments in between.

And here we are. With Chase, Cody, a lot less quiet, and so many memories we couldn’t possibly have imagined that day.

Happy 9th wedding anniversary @antoniocairoli. Love you ❤️

Happy 14th Birthday to our first baby, Miss Moxie Cleopatra! We had some rough scares last year and this year, but, out of no where, this girl has turned back into her young, vocal, sassy self, full of energy!

Dustin actually rescued Moxie from the animal shelter in 2012 and gave her to me as a Christmas present. She’s been by our sides ever since and through so many stages of our lives!

She was my first workout partner on the YouTube channel back when we started the channel in 2018 because she practically lived with us at the studio and today she made another appearance on the channel by napping through our entire leg workout while I was fighting for my life!

She’s been with me in college, through the move to Charlotte, all of our Charlotte homes, she welcomed Ari, welcomed Gian, and now I think she avoids all of us at all cost 😂 As long as she has some sun, food, her bed, and can avoid Gian’s aggressive love language, she’s the happiest girl in the world! HBD MOX!
