Chase Lamos

Just unbelievable how fast high school football went for me. 4 seasons done like that. Knowing that it is over hurts me but I also know that these last 4 years were the best years of my life. All the players and coaches I will remember forever and the nonstop support from the fans, cheerleaders, students, teachers, and everyone else is amazing. This season was the best season that Simi Valley has ever had and it's an honor to be on that team. Going undefeated and destroying most of the teams is something that very little teams have done. The season was dedicated to Coach Shedlock who passed away before season started and I know he's looking down on us very happy. The team managers were much more than that and were some of our best friends. The seniors on this team will forever be my closest brothers and those who have been here all 4 years Johnny, Guffee, Rios, Tyler, Dillon, and Matthew you guys are some of my best friends. Even if the team was going through good and bad and if we messed around a lot I know that we all loved each other in the end. It was an honor to be selected as a captain of the team and also very happy with how I did with this being my best season stat wise. Very blessed to be part of this program and now it's time for the future of Pioneer football to takeover. Go Simi!
