Home to Lia Fáil, the ancient Stone of Destiny, where Celtic legends speak of kings, magic and a land touched by the divine. 🤎 #liafail #ireland #hilloftara #stoneofdestiny I was here in 2018, and somehow, the Hill of Tara called me back with all my boys ✨ It was like a family picnic 🧺 Some places hold a little bit of your soul. This time, I return with my boys, to a place that feels almost written in the stars. 🍀❤️ We ate cakes and muffins non stop 🛑 A little magic at the ancient Holy Well of Tara 🍀✨ Once known as the Well of the White Cow and the Well of the Healer, this sacred spring carries whispers of Ireland’s ancient Celtic past. Some places hold stories older than time, and some magic is simply felt, never explained. Skreen Castle 🍀✨ Wrapped in Irish history, ancient stone walls and the kind of magic that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into another time. Some places feel like pages from a fairytale. A pint of Guinness, centuries of stories, and the soul of old Dublin. 🍀🍺 At Arthur’s Pub, where Irish history, literary charm and the art of a proper pub come together. Some places are best experienced one pint at a time. ✨ I have the same picture at the same spot in 2018 🧚‍♂️ here we are are again 🥰😘
26 today 🎂 A lot changes when you stop overthinking and just execute The last 9/10 months were all about controlling what I could control - hitting the gym daily, locking down the diet, cardio, and not cutting corners Down 30 lbs, but building discipline was the actual takeaway. Put your head down, do the work, stay consistent, and let the results speak for itself Shoutout to my trainer @sethlagana for keeping me locked in the whole way through. Still a lot more work left to do Thankful for good health and another year around the sun 🙏
The smartest doctor in the room is your own body. It’s always giving you signals…stomach pain after a meal, a headache after certain foods, fatigue after sugar. But most people never connect the dots between what they eat and how they feel. I learned this firsthand. I was bedridden, couldn’t walk, emaciated, and close to death. But when I gave my body the right inputs (food, movement, sleep, supplements, mindset) it healed. And I’ve seen it in my patients too. People in their 60s with heart failure, diabetes, hypertension, even organs starting to fail… within just a few months, many were off medications and reversing conditions they thought were lifelong. That’s the miracle of the human body. It’s designed to repair, regenerate, and restore, if you remove the obstacles and give it what it needs.
