What are some tools and/or questions you have about your journey?

Just this morning I learned about #HurthleCellCarcinoma that is a rare cancer that affects the Thyroid gland. Here I thought there was only Papillary/Follicular, Medullary and Anaplastic.

Complications include problems swallowing and breathing that occur if the tumor grows and presses on the esophagus or trachea (windpipe) which is exactly how I discovered my papillary carcinoma.

According to Endocrine web Hurthle cell cancer is commonly classified as Follicular thyroid cancer although it is actually a distinct tumor because it grows more aggressively and it only makes up about 3-5% of thyroid cancers while papillary/follicular thyroid cancers account for more than 90% of all thyroid cancers.

![TNI Angkatan Laut (TNI AL) mengerahkan sebanyak 20.980 personel untuk mendukung pengamanan di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Pengerahan pasukan dilakukan secara bertahap dengan mengacu pada instruksi dalam Surat Telegram Panglima TNI Jenderal Agus Subiyanto.
Asisten Operasi Kepala Staf Angkatan Laut, Yayan Sofiyan, menjelaskan bahwa pergeseran personel dibagi menjadi empat tahap. Pengerahan tersebut melibatkan satuan TNI AL yang berada di wilayah Jakarta maupun personel dari luar daerah yang diperbantukan di bawah kendali operasi (BKO) Kodam Jaya.
Sementara itu, Kepala Pusat Penerangan TNI Mayjen TNI Muhammad Nas mengatakan, pengerahan personel dalam jumlah besar merupakan bagian dari pelaksanaan tugas negara untuk melindungi masyarakat dan menjaga keutuhan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI).
"Pengerahan pasukan merupakan hal yang biasa dilakukan karena TNI dituntut senantiasa siap siaga untuk melindungi segenap bangsa dan menjaga keutuhan NKRI, selalu siap melaksanakan tugas berpedoman perundang-undangan yang berlaku," ujar Nas saat dikonfirmasi ANTARA di Jakarta, Selasa (4/11).
Meski demikian, Nas belum memerinci tujuan khusus dari pengerahan pasukan tersebut. Ia juga tidak menyampaikan secara detail jumlah personel yang ditempatkan di ibu kota.
