I was craving black forest cake from @vegandanishbakerytoronto. When I arrived, they didn’t have any for sale. Their talented pastry chef offered to dress up a slice of their Chocolate Lovers cake with whipped cream and cherry topping, creating my very own black forest trifle. Thank you Copenhagen Café Vegan Bakery for making a rough week a little better. I really appreciate you.
