Christopher Columbus didn't discover anything, and the history of this continent didn't begin in 1492.

Indigenous peoples had been building civilizations, developing cultures, and sustaining communities for thousands of years before Europeans arrived.

Yet we're still teaching children a sanitized version of colonization, one that celebrates the colonizers while minimizing the violence inflicted on Indigenous peoples.

And organizations like PragerU are perpetuating those narratives to serve a white Christian nationalist agenda.

This Indigenous Peoples' Day, let's celebrate the peoples who were here long before Columbus and who are still here today.

Man, Jason Weaver might’ve just upset a LOT of people with this one! 😳👀

Joe Jackson helped raise one of the greatest musical families EVER, but his parenting methods have always been controversial.

Jason believes Joe did the best he could as a Black father in that era, even if it meant a few tears along the way.

But here’s the question… does raising successful children justify being a harsh parent? Or did Joe take things too far? 💯

Comment APP for the full Tutorial to help you build MASSIVE GLUTES 🍑

Lost your butt after pregnancy? So common, but it doesn’t have to be permanent or something you settle for! And you really shouldn’t… we NEED strong glutes!

That tipped forward pelvic orientation you adapted to during pregnancy may still be hanging around postpartum 👀, making it even HARDER to connect to and progressively OVERLOAD your glutes efficiently. It can also make that lower belly pooch appear more pronounced.

If you’re frustrated AF, this may be the MISSING PIECE for you!
