Like everything, even self love takes practice.

You can't make new habits that stick over night.

So here I am.
Holding myself.
Treating myself with care.
Knowing I need to show up for me.
Over and over again.

Even though I don't feel like I have time most often to create new habits or even take care of myself, I'm trying to make up for lost time.

I'm sorry I've abandoned you so often, body. You deserve better. So here I am.
