GLOSSY is coming 💜✨

Puck News reported that Jay Z picked himself to play the Super Bowl Halftime Show 🍟🥀

I’m quitting professional road cycling. Or, to put it differently, becoming a WorldTour rider and winning big road races I been watching as a kid on the TV is no longer the goal.

I’ve come closer to that dream than I ever thought I would. Yet, ever since I was a little kid, nothing else really seemed like an option.

I’m truly grateful for everything this journey has given me. The memories, the challenges, the experiences, the joy, the hate, the pain. All of it.

I genuinely believe there’s hardly anything better for a kid growing up than sports. It teaches you discipline, shapes your character, makes you grow up and realize what actually matters in life. It gives you the drive to chase something you believe in. And when you’re surrounded by the right people, when everything clicks, there’s nothing quite like it. You’re just having fun doing what you love.

But it hasn’t always been like that.

I’ve made mistakes, wrong choices. I’ve struggled physically, and later on mentally too. I’ve gone through illnesses, injuries, and put myself under unnecessary pressure and stress. The kind that slowly takes its toll on both your mind and body.

After I had struggled to find joy in cycling, I’ve finally managed to find my love for bikes again. And that’s something I’m incredibly happy about.

But after time, I’ve also had to accept that my body and mind don’t have what it takes to keep chasing professional road cycling at that level anymore. At least not in a way that would make me happy.

This sport can give you everything, but it can also burn you out.

But you can always heal. I still love the game. I still want to chase goals and push my limits. Compete, win, lose, learn and get better. I just want to do it differently.

And that’s where enduro and off-road riding come in. Something alternative.

Bit of fun ❤️

Colts All-Pro DT DeForest Buckner, who's in the final year of his 2-year/$46M deal, expressed frustration with the team's consistent losing, and he could be a trade target for the 49ers ahead of November's deadline.

"I'm pissed off too. I'm sick and tired of the same song and dance every year," Buckner said after the Colts' loss to the Titans.

Buckner, 32, was selected by the 49ers with the 7th pick of the 2016 NFL Draft and he spent four seasons in San Francisco before being traded to the Colts in 2020.

With Buckner likely to depart Indianapolis in free agency after the season, a 49ers reunion makes a lot of sense for both sides 🤝
