2021... WHAT A YEAR.
If I had to sum it up in one word it would be therapy. I went back into therapy a year ago and... Wow. Finally addressing childhood traumas at age 49 is bloody hard.But it's been worth every tear and every moment of gut-wrenching pain.
I'm changing, inside. I'm aware of a softening, an internal reorganisation, an emerging willingness and ability to trust and relinquishing control. It feels flipping amazing.
I'm taking that with me into 2022 and look forward to the adventures the year will bring.
