January 1st was the 50th anniversary of my parents big (she's the oldest of 8) Mexico City Wedding. Somehow, these two kids from two very different families, cultures, worlds took a leap of faith, got & stayed married. He saw her and he knew she was the one. It's not always easy, but they are deeply committed to doing right by each other, our family & the world. We spent the day together, watching their Wedding movie, broke bread, toasted to love, told stories, laughed & celebrated their love & life together! It was very sweet! Happy New Year lovies!
