#KellyOsbourne is opening up about the heartbreaking reason behind her drastic weight loss following the de@th of her father, rock star #OzzyOsbourne.

In a recent interview with The Sun, Kelly revealed that her grief became so overwhelming that she could barely eat, explaining that food would physically make her sick. The 41-year-old said she didn’t realize just how much weight she’d lost until she saw photos of herself at the #BRITAwards in February. “I couldn’t f*cking believe it,” she admitted, revealing that she’s since gained 28 pounds over the past six months. She also shut down speculation that she was struggling with an eating disorder, insisting her dramatic transformation was a result of her emotional pain.

At one point, Kelly said she visited her father’s grave with a candle and begged him to help her get better. The following day, her mother, #SharonOsbourne, connected her with therapist Chris Miller, whom she now credits with saving her life. After facing months of public scrutiny over her appearance, Kelly is making some major changes, including relocating from Los Angeles to the English countryside with her 3-year-old son, Sidney, following her split from fiancé Sid Wilson. Despite the difficult chapter, Kelly says she’s finally beginning to feel like herself again.
