@micarahtewers sewed THREE dresses for her own wedding. One cost just $17 in supplies. And somehow, that’s not even the wildest detail. 🪡🤍

YouTuber and sewing extraordinaire @micarahtewers married @danchudzinskistudio in a wedding that feels like a Victorian fairytale collided with a Renaissance feast, with a little Barbie Swan Lake thrown in for good measure.

First, the fashion. A dreamy 1870s-inspired ball gown covered in flowers from an old family centerpiece. An Elizabethan reception dress with a dramatic feather collar (the $17-in-supplies masterpiece!). And a sparkling, swan-inspired afterparty dress made for dancing.

And it was a true DIY love story. Micarah handmade the bridesmaids’ corsets from thrifted fabrics, while Dan crafted her wedding shoes to look like actual BIRDS using feathers from her pet bird and sculpted their custom family crest.

Oh, and the father-daughter dance? ON HOVERBOARDS. 🪩😂

This is what happens when two wildly creative people throw out the wedding rulebook and make a day that’s entirely, unapologetically THEM.

💌 Comment DRESSES and I’ll DM you the full wedding, including all three handmade gowns, the incredible DIY details, and the love story behind it all.

Which of her three wedding looks is your favorite?! 🤍
