Dear Friends,

Thank you for all the good wishes and support over the last few days, it means the world.

I had a medical problem whilst in Leipzig which required urgent attention at the hospital.

I was hoping that I would get the all clear to hang on until the end of the tour, but there are very serious risks involved in me doing so.

As a result, and on the advice of my medical team and management we have made the decision to postpone the rest of the European/UK tour until further notice.

I'm very sorry about any inconvenience this may cause, but it's in the best interest all round.

Thank you for your understanding.

Cheers,

IG

After Rep. Haley Stevens, who lost to Abdul El-Sayed in the Senate primary race, endorsed Republican Mike Rogers in Michigan on Sunday, El-Sayed responded, saying, “At the end of the day, I actually don’t think about Haley Stevens.”

TRICK OR TREAT?! 👻

Halloween is actually a relatively new tradition here in Sweden. At least the American version of it! In the US, people obviously go ALL IN! 🇺🇸😂 Entire neighborhoods turn into horror movies, with gigantic spiders, life-sized skeletons, tombstones on front lawns, fog machines, and decorations that probably cost more than the average Swede earns in a month!

And here in Sweden? 🇸🇪
We put a pumpkin from the grocery store on our doorstep, light a little candle, and immediately start wondering if we’ve gone a bit overboard. 😂
Because God forbid the neighbors might think we’re getting a little too excited about something!

But things are actually changing! Every year, more pumpkins, cobwebs, and skeletons appear in Swedish neighborhoods. Kids run around shouting “TRICK OR TREAT!” while we adults have finally found a socially acceptable excuse to dress up, party, and look completely ridiculous! 😂👻

Then, of course, we have our own beautiful tradition, All Saints’ Day. ❤️🕯️
A peaceful holiday when we visit cemeteries, light candles, and remember loved ones who are no longer with us. It’s a wonderful tradition that deserves to be preserved.
Two completely different ways of marking this time of year. One filled with peace, reflection, and candlelight. The other with bloody zombies, plastic spiders, and grown adults running around dressed as devils. 😂
I honestly think we need a little more of the second one!
Because we’re now entering that absolutely WONDERFUL time of year in Sweden when the sun rises just as you arrive at work and disappears before you’ve even had time to think about lunch. 🌧️🥶
Everything is grey, wet, cold, and dark. Your car is dirty five minutes after washing it!
Personally, I’m already counting down the days until I can trade the November darkness, winter jackets, and freezing slush for palm trees, sunshine, and 30°C in Thailand! 🌴☀️

15 minutes of red light cut a blood sugar spike by 27%.

But the light wasn’t on the gut. It wasn’t on the liver. It was on the upper back.

So I asked Bjorn, the CEO of FlexBeam, why. He flew in from Norway to sit down with me, and we went through the biggest red light myths.

Swipe for 7 things he told me. Then save this before you buy another gadget.

(That 27% comes from one small study, and Bjorn was the first to say more research is needed. His explanation for why the back works is in the full episode.)

Comment “LIGHT” and I’ll DM you the full episode 🎧
