super green pasta to sneak in your greens for the week 🌱 For recipe, make sure you’re following me then comment “gimme recipe” so that the message goes thru. I make this at least once a week to get my greens in. This sauce is packed with tons of spinach, kabocha squash and pine nuts and then tossed with @eatbanza chickpea pasta for an easy boost of protein and fiber. It’s such a simple way to pack a ton of plant-based goodness into one bowl, and definitely one I like to work into my meals regularly to keep my diet balanced. And, Banza makes it so convenient. I can swap it in for regular pasta without having to think too much about it, and still get a hearty, satisfying bowl.

30 Rock 20th year reunion was so thrilling! We were jumping up and down and my only regret is that all of you couldn’t be there to witness it! When I met Alec, he was in the second to last season of the show. After we started dating, he asked me to visit him at work and I asked him the address 🤪. 30 rock, he said, obviously 😭🫣. It was perhaps written in the stars that day that I would be on a show called Nations Dumbest 😂. It was wild and I feel so lucky to have watched him win Emmy’s, SAGS, and other awards for his performance. All of 30 rock cast…Tina 🩷. Brilliant Tina. Anyway, we were told not to record or take pics during show, which was nice because we could really just be there…BUT you know how much I like documenting and sharing with you. So this is what we got 😂. The amazing @noamgalai captured the after party…here is a peek into 30 rock, now and then…also: did Tina wear the original is it white and gold or pink and blue dress to our wedding in slide 10 😂?
Do you agree with our rankings? 😆 ✨Comment “Southwest” and we will send you our full 72 page Southwest guide! 👋🏼Hi there! We are Kelley & Carl, an American couple with a goal of visiting all 63 US National Parks! Check out @kelleyandcarlsadventures for all things hiking, outdoor adventures, road trips, and national parks! 🚙If you ever get the chance to do a national park road trip in Utah, take it!! It’s truly one of the most unique national park road trips in the world. These 5 national parks are reasonably close to each other and have unparalleled beauty and diversity. We recommend at least 10 days to visit all 5 parks. We understand these ratings might be controversial so please don’t take these to heart. Crowds, weather, and more can affect everybody’s individual experience 😅 🌟Agree or disagree? We’d love to hear your feedback! #nationalparksusa
