Today was day two of @bjoshl @jwuzito @chefmatthewbritt and @neathpal โs intensive mushroom foraging certification course and exam. Weโd like to claim it was no ๐, but that would be a lie. ๐ Despite the challenge of having to memorize multiple dozens of mushrooms, their look a likes, multiple characteristics, toxins, symptoms, onset times, environmental settings, aromas and deliciousness, we did it! ๐ฅ ๐ฅ ๐ฅ
