Because a solo show means more songs, more special moments, and the opportunity to hear those tracks that never make it onto festival setlists. Because Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo both have the potential to host a solo show, with plenty of fans willing to travel to see her perform. Because brazilian fans deserve to see RAYE as the headliner, not just in a limited festival set. Because we deserve to hear at least three songs from ‘My 21st Century Blues’ that rarely make it onto festival setlists. Estamos prontos pra receber a RAYE! 🥹❤️

HOLY MACKEREL YOU GUYS. I was feeling hopeful but maybe a little nervous about reaching our Kickstarter goal in the allotted 20 days. And then you funded it in less than three hours. WHAT?!? The love and support around this project has left me, for once, speechless. Launching the Kickstarter was like walking out onto a dark stage, and then seeing the immediate support pouring in felt like the house lights coming up to reveal a room full of friendly faces. “Thank you” doesn’t quite cut it here. But thank you all the same. Curiosities expansion plans are in order. More curious stuff incoming, musical and otherwise (see the Kickstarter for a more detailed update). Thank you for showing up for this project! 17 days left to preorder Curiosities on Kickstarter, and then the whole thing comes out on Friday the 13th next month. Can’t wait to share it with you.
