Want healthy skin? According to @drwyles.derm, eating fiber helps.

Comment “SKIN” and I’ll DM you the full episode.

On The Mel Robbins Podcast, Mayo Clinic dermatologist Dr. Saranya Wyles explains the surprising connection between fiber and healthier skin.

🎧 “Mayo Clinic Dermatologist: 5 Small Habits for Healthier, Younger, and Amazing Skin”

Listen on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or YouTube - search “The Mel Robbins Podcast Skin”

This one is way too relatable for me cuz my Spotify Playlist might be the antidote for improving my bad mood 😭
.
My most listened to song from every artist on my playlist that is mentioned above would be:
- Travis Scott: Butterfly Effect, Skeletons and Astrothunder.
- Playboi Carti: Pissy Pamper and Long Time.
- Don Toliver: No Pole and You (ft. Travis Scott)
- Drake: Solar Eclipse (ft. Don Toliver) has been on repeat currently. Nonstop, Marvins Room and Nice for What.
- Kanye West
- Future: WAIT FOR U (ft. Tems and Drake) and Type Shit (ft. Travis Scott, Future and Playboi Carti).
- Metro Boomin: Trance (ft. Travis Scott and Young Thug).
- 21 Savage: Ball w/o you and Runnin
- Lil Uzi Vert: 20 min and Strawberry Peels.
- Young Thug: Hot (ft. Gunna and Travis Scott) and Digits.
These songs are way too close to me, I can't really survive without these songs 😭🙏
