Walking home from the bus after work this afternoon there was a commotion on Caroline St; A stretch of road was blockaded by two fire engines, and the crane was extending as I approached. At first, you worry if there’s a fire, of course. Then I saw the person huddled up several stories high in the upper limbs of a tree and again worried - maybe a mental health crisis. THEN, an angry little orange head peered out from the person’s lap - they’d been trying to save a cat before getting trapped in the tree themselves!
