Carb loading, but make it cozy. 🍝✨ Took some classic bucatini pasta, smothered it in rich pork ragu, and baked it with a ridiculous amount of breadcrumbs and parmesan. The result? A crispy golden blanket of heavenly breadcrumb dust with crunchy bits of bucatini hidden inside because texture is life. Honestly, is there anything a hot baking dish full of cheese and fresh herbs can’t fix? Dig in! #BakedPasta #ComfortFood #CarbLoading #HomeCooking #PastaNight
If you want sex, make it clear. If you want a relationship, make it clear. If you want somebody to talk to, make it clear. If you want someone's help to move on, make it clear. But don't use someone. I repeat, don't use someone. Btw, poetry book 'Between Heaven & Earth' is out now. It's a collection of poems about love, heartbreak, loneliness, inner struggles, healing, and the quiet journey of understanding yourself and life along the way. If you'd like to read it, comment "Book" and I'll send you the link. [poetry, poet, thefallenpoe.t, victorianpoetry, honesty, dontuseople, relationships, poetrycommunity]

Following on from yesterday’s post… you certainly had plenty to say. 😂 HRT can’t set your boundaries, clear your calendar or give you permission to rest. You can hit your protein target and still feel guilty for taking a bloody break. The pressure you carry. The way you speak to your body. The horror stories you’ve started accepting as your future. These deserve a place in the perimenopause conversation too. You can use HRT and still need to make room for yourself in your own life. Someone else’s experience isn’t your forecast. Get informed about your options before deciding it’s all downhill. Comment REHARMONY and I’ll send you my Hormone Rebalance Guide to start building your toolkit. ❤️
