DAY ONE IN MEXICO…. What a beautiful beginning to our stay at @CasadeSurfo in Todos Santos! This property was absolutely DREAMY, but it was the experiences that made our first day so unforgettable! First, with Kelsi of @spiritsweatlife_ creator of SPIRITSWEAT, which is rooted in the belief that true transformation happens when faith is lived through the body. Kelsi created such a beautiful space where movement, faith, and connection came together. It was about so much more than moving our bodies. It was about slowing down, being PRESENT, connecting with ourselves on a deeper level, and allowing ourselves to FEEL. It felt so sacred and so POWERFUL! Next was Amalia of @amaliamarialee creator of The Root Method, who opened my eyes to a deeper understanding of my vitality and the things that shape my well-being. It was so interesting and made so much sense! She took me back to that 7 year old little girl playing with her dolls under the willow tree in the backyard. I’ll never forget HER! I left feeling CHANGED and inspired to approach life from a different perspective. Please go check them both out on their instagram profiles. They are each gifted and absolutely remarkable at what they do. After some down-time enjoying the property at Casa de Surfo, we headed to Cerritos Beach for some guacamole and tacos at @barracudacantina SO delicious, such a cool vibe, and that BEACH! And can we talk about the CLOTHES?! My green yoga set and green skirt outfit on the beach are from @EllaBellaBrand The sweetest owner, Joella, filled our closets with GORGEOUS pieces to wear throughout our stay! @TheParadiseStory @ninaornstein THANK YOU! You curated the PERFECT trip for me and my girl SheShe! #TravelVlogger #TravelMexico #MidlifeTravel #TravelNotes #ExploringTheWorld
