Something I’ve been loving lately, especially after seeing all the @victoriassecret Fashion Show content, is how much more we’re seeing women embrace muscle and strength. 🥹

And when they’re asked how they train or prepare for these moments, I love hearing strength training being part of the conversation.

As someone who’s spent years lifting weights, it makes me so happy seeing more women encouraged to discover their own strength.

I’m also very aware that we all have different bodies, genetics, circumstances and seasons of life. I’m 6’2” (186cm!), so naturally, what strength looks like on my frame is going to look different on someone else’s. And that’s never been the point.

I just hope this shift encourages more women to explore what their own bodies are capable of, in whatever way works for them.

Not to look like anybody else, but to feel proud of themselves. 🪽 #victoriasecret2026 @arkswimwear

My dreams don’t live at home.

They never fit in the box I was handed. So I backed myself and built a life on my own terms.

Pray for it, then be brave enough to go and get it.
