Don’t tell the cops there’s crack cocaine in my house now ✨ Ruffles Potato Chip Krispie Treats This might become a staple at all my ultramarathons now. Maybe next time we’ll try dill pickle chips! And for the recipe, just take your fave Rice Krispie treat and substitute chips for rice 🙂 [# ultra runner, trail running, aid station food, snack recipe, dessert recipe, Halloween treat]

Hi everyone, Tony here. Kelsey asked me to share an update on her behalf. I know she’s been pretty quiet here over the past week, and I’m sure many of you have been wondering how she’s doing. After more than two years of fighting stage 4 lung cancer, things have taken a significant turn. Late last week, her doctors told us that her time is extremely limited, likely just days to a week or so. We’ve now transitioned Kelsey to a hospice facility, where the focus is on keeping her comfortable and allowing her to spend her remaining time in peace, surrounded by her boys and close family. I’ll be staying by her side indefinitely. This has been incredibly difficult for all of us, especially the boys, her parents, her sister, and our close family. We’re trying to take things one day at a time and make the most of the time we have together. I also want you all to know that I continue to see, receive, and feel the incredible amount of love you’re sending Kelsey. It’s humbling and awe-inspiring to see how many lives she’s touched through sharing her journey. The messages, stories, and support have meant so much. I wish she could fully see and feel just how loved she is through all of this. Right now, the best thing you can do is keep sending your love and good vibes to Kelsey and our family. For those who have asked how they can help, Kelsey’s GoFundMe page is still active, and the link is in her bio. If you feel inclined to contribute, the support will help our family navigate the financial realities ahead. There’s absolutely no pressure, and we’re grateful for every bit of love and support, in whatever form it comes. Thank you for following Kelsey’s journey, for loving my wife, and for continuing to show up for her and our family. This community has meant more to her than I can put into words, and it means so much to me, too. 🤍 Tony
