#TBT Now that my summer is officially over here's a little recappy-cap. This was a summer of letting go and goodbyes, both easier said than done. I'm forever grateful for the time we got to spend together. Goodbye #SummertimeChi, I'll be back 😘.

Friends, seeing God’s Word light up Times Square in New York City is not lost on me. 📖❤️‍🔥 In a city that never stops selling, scrolling, or shouting for our attention, God’s Word rose above it all. It is alive and active, and it still changes lives. That’s why I love that Global Bible Month launched in Times Square last night. I’m so grateful for our friends at @youversion , who are putting Scripture in the hands of people all over the world every single day. This is how we reach the modern world with the Gospel. Because behind every verse opened is a person. Someone who may hear the good news of Jesus for the first time. Someone who may respond. Someone who may be changed and sent to live on mission for Jesus Christ in their sphere of life. “The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God endures forever.” (Isaiah 40:8) As this year comes to a close, I’m praying we would be a people who take the Gospel further, faster. Open your Bible today, and pass God’s Word on to a lost and hurting world, in Jesus’ name. 🙏
