Can a journey leave you feeling quieter within? 🌿

I went to Keralam for a talk at NIT Calicut, and the time with my family reminded me how much we miss when we’re always thinking about what comes next.

Somewhere between our busy schedules and responsibilities, we need moments to simply be together—to listen, laugh and enjoy a day without measuring how much we accomplished. 💚

What helps you slow down and feel present?
