We are looking for OFFICE SPACE in the CENTRAL AREA, FIRST HILL, RAINIER VALLEY, SKYWAY, GEORGETOWN, OR SODO but in the CITY OF SEATTLE proper only. We are looking for 1000-2000 Square Feet with a Kitchen(nette) and a conference room and on street/free parking.

As you may or may not know the RAINIER CENTER where SEASPOT MEDIA GROUP, 100 Black Parents, Urbvote, and Mothers for Police Accountability has maintained office space was damaged in a 2 alarm fire last month. While our space was not damaged by the fire (other than smoke), the building is closed for the foreseeable future.
