Put energy and intention into something or someone today - especially yourself.

I got to do this energy session (spell work/meditation) for a friend the other day, and it gave me a lovely opportunity to really give voice to my intuition and trust what came out.

That was a big step for me, personally. I've never felt confident enough to whole heartedly agree to do something like this WITHOUT hesitation. But I do now. I trust what comes through in this like I trust the tarot cards and my hands in massage.
