My younger self would be her biggest fan 💕 And my older self will look back and wonder “why was I so self-critical”.. and I know many of you will agree about that. Some people think I/you look too big. Some people think I/you look too small. Some days our goals are clear. Others days we aren’t as sure. It’s always preferential and always changing. So let’s all focus on doing the work that makes us feel empowered, uplifted and content with where we are at. Even tho we always focus on striving forward. 🦋 Do the work your younger self would be in awe for and make sure you make your older self pleased and happy about that one life we were given.
