Kelly Osbourne is getting candid about her physical transformation since the death of dad Ozzy Osbourne.

Kelly revealed during an interview with The Sun that she’s gained nearly 30 pounds since her appearance at the BRIT Awards in February, which left many online expressing concern.

“I didn’t know that I looked like that until I saw the pictures,” she said. “I couldn’t f---ing believe it. I was as shocked as everyone else.”

Kelly says that she wasn’t suffering from an eating disorder at the time, but that she just couldn’t do anything for herself as she was grieving the loss of her dad seven months prior. She and her fiancé, Sid Wilson, also split in March.

"It's been the worst year of my life. In so many ways, I can't even explain to you," she told the outlet. "But it's also been really beautiful because I've learned that my grief is an honor, as I truly love someone that much."

Some days I'm in workout clothes. Some days I'm in a dress and heels.

Neither version is more "me" than the other.

The older I get, the more I realize we don't have to choose between being strong and feminine, casual and dressed up, comfortable and confident.

We can be all of it. 🤍
