Transfer portal players I’m keeping an eye on this year:

1) @aijhaanniece
Adding an efficient scorer and league leading rebounder does wonders for any team. This is a season trajectory-altering transfer.

2) @ashleyyowusu
I believe the 2020-21 version of Ashley is about to return, and that’s huge news for wherever she ends up because even the 2021-22 numbers she put up were fantastic.

3) @mollydavis14
Scoring as much as she does at a fairly efficient clip is already impressive, but doing it while dishing out the 3rd highest assist total in the MAC is doubly impressive. Interested to see where she lands especially.

4) @brynna.maxwell
Some team is about to secure the quickest release I’ve seen in all my days. I have giant levels of faith in Brynna’s game. She has 20+ ppg potential in her and I’ll be watching closely.

5) @koi.love
Koi’s last year was an anomaly to me. I think her shortened 2020-21 season is the player she really is, and I think wherever she chooses to play at next year is going to see that and be very happy about it.

Nobody talks about this part. The part where you clock out of a job that already took everything from you, walk through the door, and instead of resting you open your laptop and get to work on the thing that actually sets your soul on fire. The part where you are recording in between loads of laundry. Editing in a hotel room after a full day of traveling for work. Answering emails at 10pm not because you are grinding for the aesthetic but because that is literally the only window you had. This is not a highlight reel. This is my actual life. And I am not sharing it for sympathy. I am sharing it because I spent so long thinking I was the only one doing it this way. Quietly building something real while the rest of the world was clocking out and watching TV. Pouring into a dream that has not fully paid off yet but refusing to walk away from it because I know what I am building matters. If you are in this season right now, the messy middle where the effort is enormous and the results feel invisible, this one is for you. Tomorrow’s episode goes there. All the way there. No filter. New episode drops tomorrow. Link in the comments subscribe & give it a listen 🎙️. #tampaflorida #buildinginpublic #femaleentrepreneur #UGCCreator #buildingabusiness

Comment the word DAVINA and I'll DM you a link to the episode 💌 You might know telly LEGEND Davina McCall from Big Brother, but I grew up working out to her fitness DVDs in my student flat, lifting tins of baked beans 😂 We got into her wild clubbing days and then sobriety, to losing her sister Caroline, learning to start over and finding joy through life’s toughest moments. Davina opens up about an incredibly challenging couple of years, from discovering a brain tumour and undergoing surgery to then being diagnosed with breast cancer. We talk about grief, self-compassion and the importance of checking your boobs (or breast tissue!), going to your mammograms and speaking up about your health. OUT NOW @palomafaith @davinamccall
Which one is your favorite?🖤 Follow @zcdiacbabe for more zodiac related facts, memes and reels - - Fun fact: Your body is far more intelligent than most people give it credit for. Right now, without any conscious effort from you, trillions of cells are communicating, repairing damage, fighting potential infections, regulating hormones, balancing fluids, and producing energy. Every second, millions of red blood cells travel through an enormous network of blood vessels delivering oxygen to tissues that need it most. Your immune system is constantly identifying threats, your liver is filtering substances from your blood, and your brain is processing an astonishing amount of information from the environment. What's remarkable is that most of this happens completely outside your awareness. We often think of health as something we actively create, but much of staying alive depends on countless automatic processes working together in extraordinary harmony. The human body isn't simply a collection of organs—it's one of the most complex self-sustaining systems known to exist, performing billions of tasks every day just to keep you functioning. 🩺✨
