Ok don't often do this but I am studying HNC Professional Cookery at Fife College's St Brycedale Campus in Kirkcaldy. As part of my course, I must design and run an evening dinner service as an assessment, which is worth a third of the credits I need to pass my course. To pass this assessment, I need twenty (20) people to come to my dinner service for in ordered for my menu to fully be assessed.
