How my menu for my HNC ended up looking. *Please note that is no longer bookable* by @ch.arlene5202
Ok don't often do this but I am studying HNC Professional Cookery at Fife College's St Brycedale Campus in Kirkcaldy. As part of my course, I must design and run an evening dinner service as an assessment, which is worth a third of the credits I need to pass my course. To pass this assessment, I need twenty (20) people to come to my dinner service for in ordered for my menu to fully be assessed. If you would like to come, please email theacademy@fife.ac.uk with your name, your contact phone number, how many people are in your group and any food allergies your group may have or just drop me a PM and I will email on your behalf. *Please be aware that you will be expected to pay for this meal* My menu is attached below. by @ch.arlene5202
