I know it’s Green Watch Thursday, but today we’re switching things up for a little Tudor Thursday NWA 🚨🖤 Meet the latest addition to the collection, the Tudor Black Bay 41 Monochrome. Absolutely love this one! The clean, no date dial, flat finish aluminium bezel and that classic black and silver combo just work so well together. Nothing too flashy, just a proper tool watch that looks good with pretty much anything. Another one in the collection, but we all know how this hobby works. If one comes in, something might have to go out 👀😂 What do you reckon of the Black Bay Monochrome? Is this the one to go for, or would you pick another Black Bay? #Tudor #TudorBlackBay #TudorWatch #fatherandsonwatches #NewWatchAlert
Alexa, play Kate Bush’s Running Up That Hill 🏃🏻‍♀️ Don’t say you weren’t warned about mile 2.5-3.3 this weekend at the @nike #AfterDarkLA half marathon course! You got this 🔥 #nikeafterdark #halfmarathon

Don't you love when someone sends you a funny meme or Reel? Turns out there's science behind it. Comment “ADAM” and I'll DM you the link to the full episode. There's a reason sharing a funny video, article, or meme can bring you closer to someone. It's called "pebbling." The science behind it is fascinating: When some penguins are courting mates, they will present smooth shiny pebbles as a way of showing they're suitable for partnering and building a nest together. Pebbling is the simplest way to tell someone, "I see you. I know you. I'm thinking of you." On this episode of @themelrobbinspodcast, I'm joined by world-renowned organizational psychologist and @whartonschool professor @adamgrant to explore the surprising science behind human connection and how small gestures can make a BIG difference in your friendships and relationships. I learned so much from this conversation, and I know you will too. 🎧 "How to Unlock Your Full Potential with #1 Professor Adam Grant" Listen on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or YouTube - search "The Mel Robbins Podcast Adam"
