Today was the day I made my bodybuilding debut in Mens Physique! I never thought when I started lifting that I would do this, but here we are! I medaled in the top 3 of each division I entered

2nd In Debut
3rd in Novice
3rd in Open

I started this process in December thirteen weeks out! I did not know how hard it would be! All those hours of cardio paid off! All those days of waking up at 5 in the morning to workout or meet with my coach @maserati_vvs_40cal for posing paid off! There was a time when I worked 48 days straight at my job while I was doing this process! Through it all I was working! I kept grinding and doing what needed to be done! I want to thank my bro @etai_yonahfit1 for the advice before the competition along with the help he provided with posing! I want to thank my Coach @maserati_vvs_40cal for coaching me to this level! I also got to thank my brother from another mother @900lb for coming out and supporting along with helping me with tanning! A lot of people say they are your friends but he has showed it day in and day out! A lot of people said they would come but for whatever reason did not! I don’t worry about them because I saw the love that I received the day of from family and friends! Now I will continue to work on my physique and strength every day until I get back up on that stage(we will see if it happens again)!!
