@beyouperiod Is the cbd oil for the pain and inflammation or does it help to regulate hormones? Also should it be taken whilst menstruating or everyday of the month? I have the oil but I’m too scared to take it. I had one drop under the tongue and then I had heart palpitations and felt hot. I’m not sure if, self consciously, I had built up anxiety.
