OUT OF TIME is more than entertainment. It's a story that deserves to be seen, felt, and talked about. And if you haven't seen it yet, you're missing something truly special. 🔥 OUT OF TIME IS SHOWING NOW! A #FILM Directed by FREDERICK LEONARD 🌍 Streaming worldwide on FREDERICK LEONARD TV on YouTube. Watch it. Feel it. Share it. written by @miriamogb #OutOfTime #FrederickLeonardTV #SarianMartin #BlackCinema NollywoodMovies

Upper Body and Core Workout - if Pull Ups are a goal, the first exercise is great way to get there Train with me, MIND and BODY strong, WeRise App 👉 link in BIO If you want to get stronger at pull ups, practice the first exercise. Less than 45 minutes Upper and Core super strong and functional workout. I did 8-12 reps x 3 sets: 1. Self assisted pull ups 2. Hanging leg raises (or knees to chest for modification) 3. Diagonal over the shoulder delt raises (can use 1 dumbbell) 4. Hollow body push ups (or knee push ups to plank to hollow bodies) 5. Barbell rows (or dumbbell rows) 6. Shoulder presses (can use dumbbells instead of bar)
#LetsTalkAboutIt 🇭🇹 Haiti hasn’t had an elected president in years. Security is fragile, the economy is under pressure, and the conversation about who leads next keeps getting pushed further down the road. So we’re asking something bigger than a name. What kind of leader does the country actually need right now? Someone who can restore security and trust? A steady hand focused on the economy and institutions? A unifier who puts the people first? Or someone completely outside the usual political circles? Who would you choose, and what qualities matter most to you in this moment? Drop your answer in the comments. #lunionsuite #haitianamerican #haitian #haiti
