The food in Guatemala seriously surprised me! There were so many options from typical Guatemalan meals to more western dishes like açaí bowls.
One thing I can say- it was all SOOOO good.
Some dishes that really stood out:
• açaí bowl from @pensativohouse breakfast
• every single tortilla we had…how do they make them so good 😊
• street pops from the cutest man in parque central in Antigua
• nachos from @antiguabrewing_co
• every cup of coffee I had
• amazing open faced quesadillas from @guajimbos in Panajachel
Other spots we wished we could have tried were the ramen spot in Antigua and the traditional dish of pepián but we unfortunately ran out of time 😭
