We don't really need to agree all the time, as long as we agree on the ground rules of how we will disagree.

To me those ground rules should be humanity and morality. Within those rules we can happily disagree. As long as the fundamental rights, right to live and thrive for a person is not challenged.

Russian President Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine has killed a total of 1,982 Civilians and injured 2,651 Civilians as of April 15th, according to Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights. According to the UN refugee agency, ten million people or about a quarter of the population, have been displaced; of that, nearly four million have fled to neighboring countries. Many of those displaced are particularly vulnerable, pregnant and breastfeeding women, elderly persons, those with disabilities, chronic illnesses and people directly affected by violence. On an average, there are 2 attacks on healthcare facilities everyday. Many Russian attacks have hit highly populated areas, causing civilians to seek refuge in subway stations and leaving hundreds of thousands without electricity, water, or basic supplies.
