Moving through a tight space demonstrates how flexibility, joint mobility and body positioning work together. Adjusting the shoulders, hips and limbs changes the body’s profile, while balance and controlled movement help guide it through the available opening. Mobility also depends on having the strength and coordination to control a position, rather than simply reaching it.
